Ordering Process

We know that ordering online is a bit of a commitment, so our hope is to make this as easy as possible for you.

Within each suite you will have the option to customize all the text information; names, dates, time, etc. the ink color in which we print your pieces and the paper color on which it's printed. Fonts and the general layout of each piece are not available for customization, as well as some illustrations, which will be called out in the product description where applicable.

1. Each piece within each suite is listed à la carte allowing you to order only what you need in your suite, when you need it. Use the details card as a reception card or forgo it completely; it's up to you. Add each piece to your cart with the appropriate number and your paper color selection (ink color selection comes after purchase, though the colors are listed with each product.)

- Remember, most of your guests are living in the same household, so order based on the number of addresses, not people.
- order 10%-15% more pieces than you have addresses to accommodate last minute invites, lost invites or incorrect addresses.
- Don't forget a keepsake suite and a suite for your photographer

2. Within your confirmation email (check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes of ordering), you will find a link to the Ordering Forms Page. It will be important to fill out the appropriate form for your order to receive your proof in a timely manner. Go ahead and take a peek, if you want.

3. Once you've filled out the appropriate form, your job is entered into our production schedule. You'll receive a proof of your order within 5 business days of completing your form. This is the only complimentary proof you will receive, so double check all your information. Any changes made to your order after this proof will be charged a $50 fee per round, billed separately, unless the error is ours. Your order will not be printed or shipped if you have outstanding fees.

Still not sure? Each product comes with the option to order a printed sample. Your sample will not be personalized with your information, but you'll have a tangible piece to hold and love all the same.

4. Once you have approved your proof, we'll begin printing! This takes a few days, but we promise not to leave you waiting too long. When we've completed your order, you'll be sent an email letting you know it's on the way. Overall, the entire process should take about two weeks, depending on how quickly we receive your forms and approval. Rush orders are available, but please contact us first to ensure our production schedule has room to accommodate.
